Guess who likes grits now?

I detest most breakfast food. Oatmeal. Eggs. Cream of Wheat. Grits. Ever since I was a kid. Yuck!

Last week I had a real craving for catfish. I've heard, via Twitter, good things about Eatonville. The sister restaurant of Busboys & poets. I made my way over there. My catfish order came with a side of grits. I was hesitant. The waiter did offer me the option to change my sides if grits was going to be a problem. I decided to stick it out & try it. After all, they were "cheesy" grits. Ya'll know how much I love my cheese.

Long story short: Cheesy grits = win!
